One in five Canadians has symptoms of depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress disorder during the pandemic. Statistics Canada

About 33 percent of people report feeling extreme stress. 77 percent of people experience stress that affects their physical health. 73 percent of people have stress that impacts their mental health. The Recovery

My clients come to me with a wide variety of symptoms of stress, from anxiety to depression; fear and overwhelm to burnout and being unable to cope.

I see symptoms of stress as messages for us to stop, assess, adjust and reset.

My job is to help you to find the solutions that work for you to reclaim your life and thrive.

Working with your strengths, lifestyle and personality, we follow the three Stress Wisdom Solutions stages of Relief, Recovery and Resilience (see below) to help you to recapture your wellbeing.

You learn how to monitor your stress levels and have a tailor made tool kit of practical effective strategies and techniques that you can use at any time – for life.

The process is gentle and enjoyable.

You are likely to deepen your understanding and compassion for yourself and others in the overall process of transforming your stress into strength.

Here is a simple way to think of the three Stress Wisdom Solutions Stages:

A stressed-out person                                      A non-swimmer who is drowning

Relief: From overwhelm and stress                 Pulled out of water, feet safe on the ground

Recovery: Learning to cope                            Overcome shock, learn to swim

Resilience: At ease with challenges                Able to swim, knowledge of tides, currents

I'd love to help YOU.

Thank you for helping me to return to work. I had not left home after being attacked in the street walking home from work. I am so glad Victim Support suggested my mother took me to see you. I feel safe again. J
