  • What is Hypnotherapy?
    We think approximately sixty thousand thoughts a day, that run like an undercurrent through the subconscious mind and influence how we feel and react moment by moment. Hypnotherapy is a gentle and comfortable process that offers suggestions to influence the flow of thought to become more positive, helpful and healing. Allowing the mind to make healthy choices, find solutions to problems and remove mental and emotional blocks that may have been holding you back from being the best version of yourself.
  • Will I cluck like a chicken?
    Not unless that’s something you’ve been longing to do! In a hypnotherapy session you will never do anything against your highest interest.
  • Will I be unconscious?
    No, you will be deeply relaxed and conscious. You may become focused on my voice, a story I’m telling, or you may start thinking about what you’re going to have for supper! And while your conscious mind is busy, your subconscious mind will be open to positive suggestions.
